A very unique XVII century villa, completely renovated in 2022, on the hills at just 7 kms east of Lucca, and within 5 minutes walking from a pretty village with cafe/bar/restaurant. The villa, 800 square meters large, is located in the middle of a very private, secluded 8 acres estate, with olive trees, a great park, a lovely swimming pool area.
CENTRAL FLOOR
The charming and private driveway takes you in front of the villa. Through the main gate you enter in a a large and elegant salon, with sofas, some antiques, rare paintings, ancient piano, and a unique fireplace. From the salon you can: exit to the huge park, enter through two doors in two double bedrooms, each with own bathroom, and from two opposite doors you can reach the dining room, a small kitchen, and a studio.
FIRST FLOOR
In this floor there is a large tv room, with comfortable sofas, an ancient piano and some antiques. From this salon there is access to 4 bedrooms, 3 double with bath en-suite and one twin with bath next door.
GROUND FLOOR
In this floor there is the original kitchen, that was completely modernized and well equipped, still keeping the charme of the ancient kitchen. From the kitchen a door, just below the back entrance, goes to the park and the outside areas.
OUTSIDE
The large park, with centuries-old trees offers spectacular views on the hills around and the valley below. It has been equipped with two separate seating areas for al fresco dining. Walking just a few meters through the park brings you in the lovely swimming pool area, with deckchairs, sofas, sun umbrellas. in this area there is small house with a bathroom, a small kitchen, and a dressing room.
