This lovely place is located in a charming, private and very tranquil courtyard (Corte), far enough from the crowd of tourists to be quiet, and in the same time at only 100 mt from shops, cafe, restaurants and sightseeings of the centre of the town.
DESCRIPTION
From the private courtyard a gate leads to the building hall and to the stairs. The flat is at the second floor.
The large and airy living room is beautifully decorated in warm colors with comfortable seating arranged around a fireplace. A large Murano chandelier brightens everything up. All the other rooms open onto this room, giving the apartment a feeling of great openess. There is a large double window in the room that looks out over the courtyard. One of the sofa can be used as sofabed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with range, oven, dishwasher and washing machine and a full complement of cooking and serving utensils.
The master bedroom is very large, gracefully decorated with beautiful carpets, drapes and antique pieces, and also has a large double window that looks out upon the courtyard. There is an ensuite bath.
The second bedroom is very tastefully furnished as well, and it has its own full bath just outside the room. It is a triple bedroom, with a large double bed and a single bed. There is a large double window overlooking the courtyard and making this room exceptionally bright.
The apartment’s two bathrooms both feature showers, marble sinks, and new fixtures and lighting.
