About
‘Casale del Grano’ is a typical old Tuscan farmhouse, that was recently very tastefully renovated and converted into a charming villa.
The old building, with the beamed ceiling and the cotto floor, has been restored without loosing anything of the ancient traditional house, still all the modern facilities and furnishings have been provided at a very high level.
From a private gate there is the access to the fenced property.
The villa, approx. 400 sqm large, consists of two floors:
GROUND FLOOR
Main entrance with hall, big salon with sofas and tv, studio/bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, covered Patio with table and chairs.
FIRST FLOOR
1 master bedroom with an extra single bed, 1 double bedroom. 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
OUTSIDE
A very special and peaceful external area guarantees our guests a unique and relaxing holiday: the huge fenced park, approx. 30.000 sqm large, with hundred years old pines and fruit trees, the private lake, the great swimming pool, the wood oven next to the covered patio with table and chairs seating up to 10 people.
