Recently restored, the Villa has maintained its peculiar country character and atmosphere in the 8 spacious and charming guestrooms with en-suit bathrooms and shower facilities (fully heated and air-conditioned). The villa will host up to 15 guests and is the perfect place for special gatherings of family and friends.
The villa consists of two floors.
GROUND FLOOR
Fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room, longes with fireplace and satellite TV, conservatory, two bathrooms.
FIRST FLOOR
5 king or twin bedded guestrooms each with superb en-suite bath and shower facilities, fully air conditioned.
SECOND FLOOR
2 king or twin bedded rooms and 1 master room, each with superb en-suite bath and shower facilities, fully hair conditioned and equipped with hairdryer, bathrobe and pool towels.
OUTSIDE
The views from all rooms are breathtaking The large swimming pool sits at the front of the house amid the gardens and looks out over the entire panorama of Tuscan hills.
A lovely garden, a covered gazebo with table and chairs, a BBQ corner, and some olive trees and approx. a couple of acres of land refine this ‘unique’ property.
