Acquedotto

From a private gate there is the access to the fenced property and the private parking.

It is a lovely flat, well furnished and very special for its location. In fact it is at 800 mt from the Lucca train station (and 1 Kms from the walls). In fact it is possible to walk along the “San Concordio” Acqueduct to Lucca and to the hills.

It is at the second (and top) floor of a small condo. There is an entrance/hall and a small wall divides the kitchen from the living room. From this area there is access to 2 terraces, one small (a service terrace with heating machine, a basin, etc.) and one bigger, from where there are very beautiful views on the ‘Acquedotto’ (200 mt) and the towers of Lucca. This terrace is big enough to have a table for lunch/dinner for 3 to 4 persons. There is bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms, one double and one single. There could be the possibility to have a sofa’ bed in the living room. There is washing machine and dish washer.

The views from all rooms and the terraces to Lucca, the Acqueduct and the mountains are breathtaking.
