Its recent restoration has turned it into a charming and comfortable home (fully heated and air-conditioned) with 4 spacious and well appointed bedrooms each with modern en-suite bath and shower facilities for up to 8 guests.
From a private allee there is the access to the fenced property and the parking area.
The villa consists of two floors:
GROUND FLOOR
Main entrance with hall and staircase. Fully equipped tuscan kitchen and breakfast room. Spacious lounge with comfortable sofas and armchairs, music system, satellite TV, desk area with computer, printer, and internet facilities. Dining room. Bathroom.
FIRST FLOOR
The first floor is reached by a wide and open stairway leadig to 4 airy and spacious queen bedded rooms with beamed ceilings and original terracotta floors each with modern en-suite bath and shower facilities.
OUTSIDE
Flood-lit swimming pool. Table & chairs for al fresco dining. Olive and woodland walks.
