This wonderful country house is located in very pretty hillside, halfway between Lucca and the beaches of Marina di Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi, within an easy 20′ minutes drive from each of these two spots. The nearby village, with shops and restaurants, is at 5 minutes drive.
The best feature of this property is the privacy and the quietness. A lovely garden is refined by a gazebo, a patio and a pool. All around this area there are nice shady corners, under the trees, where to relax.
The house, approx. 240sqm large, consists of two floors:
GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor has a separate entrance form the garden, and an inner staircase going to the first floor. There is a tv salon, 3 double bedrooms and 3 baths.
FIRST FLOOR
The first floor has a separate access from a terrace with table and chairs. There is a living room with tv, the main kitchen, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
OUTSIDE
Great views on the sloping hills, the ancient churches and the valley below makes the outside area a very special and relaxing place. A pool (9×4 mt) with deckchairs and sun umbrellas, a patio with sofas, a gazebo with table and chairs for al fresco dining, refines the beauty of this amazing place.
Just out of the door there are some wonderful walks and opportunities for tours, cycling and trekking through the beautiful hills.
